Your JIMS 2026 Visit Checklist: How to Prepare Before You Go

A show with up to 300,000 visitors across four days rewards a little planning. None of the preparation is complicated — JIMS 2026 was deliberately built around free entry and simple logistics — but knowing exactly what to do before you leave the house turns a good visit into a great one.

Entry to JIMS 2026 is completely free, and registration runs through a simple QR code. There is no waiting list, which means there's no reason to delay: register as soon as you've settled on which day you're attending, so your entry is confirmed before you ever reach the gate.

JIMS 2026 runs 4–7 November, open daily from 10:00 to 22:00, with the main stage programme running from 16:00 onward each evening. If your priority is a quieter walk-through of the New Car Unveilings and heritage displays, an earlier arrival on a weekday may suit you better. If you want the full energy of stage shows, stunts, and the evening programme, plan your visit around the 16:00–22:00 window.

Test drives are scheduled throughout the show and coordinated directly with each participating brand — which means slots are a shared, limited resource across four very busy days. If there's a specific model you want to get behind the wheel of, treat booking that slot as a priority task, not something to sort out once you've already arrived.

JCEE offers daily parking for up to 20,000 vehicles, alongside a dedicated shuttle service. Before you go, check which gate corresponds to the zone you most want to visit first, and decide whether driving and parking on-site or using the shuttle service fits your plans better — especially if you're attending during the busier evening hours.

JIMS 2026 spans 16,000 square metres across indoor and outdoor space, with distinct zones: New Car Unveilings, Live Action & Stunts, Interactive Zones, Test Drives, and a dedicated heritage section. Trying to see everything in one visit is unrealistic — decide your top two or three priorities before you arrive, and treat everything else as a bonus.

With an average dwell time of 2.5 hours and a show built around hands-on activities — test drives, VR, live stunts — plan to be on your feet and moving for a while. Comfortable shoes matter more than they sound like they would. A dedicated café and food area is on-site, so you don't need to plan meals around leaving the venue.

The family and educational areas within the Interactive Zones, alongside the photo zone and food area, give children plenty to do — but it still helps to have a loose plan for where you'll spend time together versus where the adults might split off to see unveilings or test drives.

Because launches, stage shows, and panel talks are scheduled throughout the 16:00–22:00 window, it's worth checking what's specifically happening on the day you plan to attend before locking in your arrival time.

With four days to choose from, it's tempting to assume any of them will do. In practice, the days differ: an opening-day visit carries extra atmosphere as a 20th-edition show formally begins, while a later day may offer a calmer pace. None of this requires much effort — a few minutes of registration, a rough plan for your day, and a sense of which zones matter most to you. Scan the QR code, pick your day, and see the Jeddah Center for Exhibitions and Events from 4–7 November.
